Logging In

  1. From the main Home Page, click on "Login" on the left sidebar (this will take you from the public portion of the website to the user-permitted modules).
  2. Your login is your email address. The first time you log in, use the password that you received in your welcome email; please note that the password is case sensitive. If at any time you forget your password, click on "forgotten password" and the system will email your current password to you.

User Registration

  1. After this login information has been accepted, please complete the registration form that appears below the headline, "User Registration". At this time you may also change your password. When you have filled in all the requested information, be sure to check the last item under "Terms and Conditions". Then click "Save".

Editing User Info

  1. You may always edit your user information by clicking "My Info" in the sidebar and then "Edit"; use this to change your password, email address or other basic user information.

Using the Activity Tracker

  1. Please look to the left sidebar. On this left sidebar, click "My Info".
  2. You will see a page titled "My Information". Scroll down and under the heading "Activity Tracker" you will see a list of all the activities for which you are a validated user.
  3. A basic description of each module can be viewed by clicking on the information ("i") icon next to each activity name.
  4. On the activity line for each module, you will see a camera icon. When you are ready to begin a training module, click on that icon.
  5. The activity tracker also provides various status indicators for each module such as start time, activity status, certification status and expiration date.

Using the Training Module Player

All Training Modules must be taken before beginning the Regulatory Compliance Tests (RCT's). Training modules are available as resources for the entire year.

  1. You must view each training slide deck sequentially the first time through, then at will.
  2. You may use the slider bar for the audio content.
  3. You may enlarge the training slide by removing the thumbprint list; click on the "+" button in the lower right hand corner, to return click on the "-" button in the lower left.
  4. You may exit a module at any time by closing the browser window that the module is playing in; the system will remember the point from which you exited when you return.

Using the Test Module Player

You have three attempts to pass each individual test module and must answer 80% of the questions correctly to pass a test.

  1. Each test module includes a start screen with basic instructions. Click "Start the Test" when you are ready to begin.
  2. Click the checkbox(es) next to your chosen answer(s).
  3. You may use the "previous" and "next" arrows to view/change previously answered questions or proceed to the next question.
  4. You may exit a test module at any time by closing the browser window; the system will remember the point from which you exited when you return.
  5. Once all questions have been answered, click "Submit Answers" to submit the test.
  6. Upon submission, your test will be graded and you will receive your score immediately. The results page will list the first seven questions that you answered incorrectly; reference slides will be noted for further study. If you did not achieve a score of 80% or higher, you will be given the option of retaking the test.

Logging Out

  1. At the end of your session, please click "Logout" on the upper left sidebar.
